All sales are final

Lessons are digital and you can watch them straight away, so all sales are final.

Reserved lessons

If you reserve a lesson and it isn't out on its date, you get a full refund. Just reply to your receipt, or email hello@rafaykorai.com with the email you used to pay. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

If something doesn't work

If a video doesn't play, reply to your receipt and we'll fix it.
